What Is an App?

Examples we use every day: messaging, music, maps, video, learning, and fitness apps. There's an app for almost everything!

Apps need permission: an app may ask to access things on your device (like the camera, contacts, or location). Only allow what the app truly needs, and you can change permissions in your device settings.
